2. What these terms cover
Your use of this site and joining the Knack Strength waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
3. You must be 18
The waitlist and the Knack Strength app are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to join. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
4. What the waitlist is and isn't
Joining means we add your email address to a list and contact you about Knack Strength.
It is not:
- a purchase, a payment, or a financial commitment of any kind
- an account, a license, or a right to use the app
- a contract obliging us to build, launch, or supply any product
- a guarantee that you will receive access, or receive it in any particular order or timeframe
Knack Strength is in development. Features, pricing, availability and timing may change, and the product may be delayed or may never launch. Anything we say about what the app will do or what it will cost is a current plan, not a promise. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
5. Waitlist offers
We currently expect to offer people who join the waitlist one free month of the paid tier at launch, with no payment card required. Subject to the following, stated plainly so there are no surprises:
- One calendar month of the paid subscription tier, once, per person
- Not transferable, and no cash value
- You'll need to create an account and accept the app's terms to redeem it
- It must be redeemed within the window we state at launch
- We may change or withdraw it before launch, and if we do, we will tell everyone on the waitlist by email before it takes effect
If we describe any other launch offer, the terms we state at that time apply, and the same commitment holds: we won't change or withdraw it without telling you first.
6. The information you give us
Please give us accurate information. If your email address isn't right we can't reach you, which defeats the point.
Please don't send us health or medical details. The free-text fields are for telling us what you want from the product. They aren't a place for injury history, symptoms, or medical information.
7. Emails, and how to stop them
If you tick the consent box when you join, we'll email you about the Knack Strength launch, how the build is going, and offers and updates about the product.
You can unsubscribe at any time, from the link in the footer of every email we send, or by emailing [email protected]. We'll action it promptly and within 10 business days at the outside. We won't sell your email address, and we won't share it for advertising.

8. This site
The content of this site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Knack Strength name and marks, belongs to Knack Strength LLC. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it, republish it, or use our name or marks without our permission.
9. No warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is accurate or current.
Content on this site is general information about strength training. It is not medical advice, and it is not a training program prescribed for you. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knack Strength LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or the waitlist.
Our total liability for any claim relating to this site or the waitlist will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and, because the change affects people who have already given us their email address, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
